Blast From The Past

About Us

Blast From The Past has proudly served Lebanon, Tennessee, and the surrounding communities since 1996, earning a reputation as a trusted name in sandblasting and powder coating. What began as a small, dedicated operation has grown into a locally respected business built on craftsmanship, consistency, and a genuine passion for the industry.

Current owner Vance’s story with Blast From The Past started long before ownership. He worked hands-on in the shop for years, learning the craft and developing a deep appreciation for the precision and skill the work demands. In 2008, Vance had the opportunity to purchase the business from the previous owners—who shared his dedication to quality and pride in their work—and carry its legacy forward. That passion continues to drive everything we do today.

Blast From The Past specializes in sandblasting and powder coating automotive parts and industrial equipment, focusing on precision preparation and long-lasting finishes rather than furniture or miscellaneous items. From automotive restoration prep and custom color powder coating to industrial sandblasting and cleaning, each project is handled with attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right.

As a family-owned and operated business, we value strong relationships with our customers and stand behind our work. We proudly serve a 100-mile radius from Lebanon and offer Saturday appointments when needed to better accommodate our customers. As we continue to grow, we’re always excited to welcome new talent to our team and remain committed to serving our community for years to come.

Whether you’re restoring a vehicle, preparing industrial equipment, or looking for dependable sandblasting and powder coating services, Blast From The Past is here to help—built on experience, driven by passion, and focused on quality.
